It’s Monday night so you know what time it is! Three words: Man. Crush. Monday.

YES. Meet this week’s #MCM: Alex Clay!

Besides being a footBALLER, Alex clearly has looks on his side too. 😉 Alex is a midfielder for the New York Red Bulls II, and played soccer in college at UAB where he was named co-captain his junior year, and it’s no wonder why!

Alex earned the Conference USA Golden Boot Award after scoring seven goals in conference play (yes, we said SEVEN) and was ranked second on the team in scoring with 22 points (eight goals, six assists) on the year. Alex was also named to the All-Conference USA Second Team and NSCAA/Continental Tire NCAA Division I Men’s All-Midwest Region Second Team. Dayummm.

Plus this guy’s a southern boy, born and raised- Hometown: Huntsville, AL! Shout to our Alabama readers! Check out what Alex told TCD in our questionnaire! You’ll love his guilty pleasur and will totally relate to how he answered what he does before a night out!

Enough of the talk, let’s here it from him! Meet…

It’s Monday! Who’s excited?! If these phrases together seem confusing to you then you obviously have not been keeping up with TCD MCM’s! It’s Man Crush Monday peeps!

So without further a due, we are pleased to introduce you to this week’s MCM: Darrell Miller Jr.!

Miller Jr. is a catcher for the UCLA baseball team. But let’s just say this guy has quite the family background in sports. Miller Jr. is son to former big leaguer Darrell Miller who played for the Angels in the ’80s, and his uncle Reggie Miller and aunt Cheryl Miller are both in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.

For those of you who are clearly still going through puberty and don’t know who Reggie Miller is, this is the guy who straight embarrassed the Knicks in the 1995 East Semis by scoring eight points in nine seconds for the Pacers to win the game. But back to Darrell! At 6’2, 220lbs, besides being a total BABE, Miller Jr. is also a total bad ass on the field.  Just some of his highlights from the past season include appearing in 55 games, making 53 starts (52 at catcher, one at designated hitter), hitting .257 with 19 runs and 27 RBI. He also has a slugging percentage of .351 and an on-base percentage of .324. Ugh, if you’re baseball girls like us, these numbers (as a redshirt sophomore) just make you swoon! He has even been described by on air announcers as the best batter west of the Mississippi.

Aye, AYE! We’ll be rooting for that cute face next season Mr. Miller Jr.! And somehow I think after this post, we won’t be the only ones! Ladies, meet this week’s TCD MCM…

Darrell Miller Jr.!

Even when he’s yelling- Total. Babe. Status.

When it comes to TCD, we say Monday’s can’t come soon enough!

Feastyour eyes on this week’s MCM, Matt Gandy! Gandy is a college hunk of a baseballer that’s most definitely easy on the eyes! 😉

Gandy currently plays on Creighton as the team’s catcher and he also has seen the field as a DH, as seen in his photo where he brought in some runs! Prior to Creighton in 2014, Gandy was the starting catcher at Chapman where he batted an impressive .333 average with 35 hits and 31 RBI.

Can you say D-D-D-DAMN?! Gandy was clearly a force to be reckoned with when it came to the plate, closing the season with a (wait for it…) .667 slugging percentage. (JAWDROP)

Did we mention this was all as a sophomore? Plus the guy made the 2015 first team All Big East Tournament team to top it off.

OKAY. WE SEE YOU GANDY! Want to take on any of us TCD girls at the plate? We’d love to hit a homer with you 😉

As always, we give you the fun deets you want to know about these guys aka the questions no other sites ever bother to ask… So let’s give it a go!

Ladies & gentlemen, meet…

MCM: Matt Gandy!

Exclusive! MCM: Connor Halliday

Wishing this Monday you could take a holiday? Well, we can’t give you the day off but we can give you a little HALLIDAY to brighten your day. 😉

That’s right baby! It’s another TCD Man Crush Monday!

This week we give you college QB stud, Connor Halliday!

Halliday went to Washington State University to play quarterback for the Cougs and boy were the Cougs fortunate to have him! As a junior in 2013, he started all 13 games setting multiple records including Pac-12 and WSU records with 449 completions and 714 attempts. In the game against Oregon, he broke Drew Brees‘ record for pass attempts in a game with 89. His 4,597 yards were also a school record and his 34 touchdowns tied Ryan Leaf for most in school history.

As a senior he would complete something no other NCAA quarterback has done. On October 4 in their game against Cal, Halliday set the NCAA FBS passing yardage record by passing for 734 yards. SAY WHAAA?!

Halliday signed with Redskins this year, but has since made a statement that he will be retiring. We’ll be sad not to watch this entertaining QB out on the field, but we’re glad we got to see you impress in college!

Check out what Halliday told TCD this week and prepare to swoon at his proudest moment. #sopresh
